Electronic Portfolio for my Michigan State CEP Course Assignments
I will be posting all of my class assignments from my MSU CEP courses on this page. As I currently don't have a classroom of my own I hope they will be helpful to someone out there:)
My Underground Railroad WebQuest...
For my CEP 811 class at Michigan State I created a WebQuest designed for students at the 3rd and 4th Grade Level that introduced them to the basic elements of the Underground Railroad and Michigan's Role in helping runaway slaves on their journey to freedom. Click on the link below to check it out.

Are you looking for a lesson on the States of Matter?
Here is where you can access my StAIR Lesson Plan for the States of Matter. The term StAIR refers to a Stand Alone Instructional Resource. I developed my StAIR project using PowerPoint to create a lesson that can be used by my students without any help from an instructor other than basic guidance. Feel free to check out my lesson by clicking the link below.

Universal Design for Learning WikiSpace Website
As a group project for CEP 812 at Michigan State I helped develop a wiki that deals with the concept of Universal Design for Learning, which postulates that by using multiple means of representation, multiple means of action and expression, and mulitple means of engagement, students can experience learning in innovative and effective ways. Need a lesson on Fair Use and Copyright?
As a part of my Michigan State University CEP 812 class I was required to design a lesson plan on the concepts of Copyright and Fair Use. I ended up creating a Mini-WebQuest as a Professional Development Tool for Teachers. My hope is that after teachers take part in this activity they will take the lesson and reshape it to fit into their own classroom curriculum. Just click on the picture or on the following text to link to my Mini-WebQuest on the subject of Copyright and Fair Use.
